Add your company logo and banner for a professional look

Customize your invoices with your firm's unique branding by uploading a logo and header image. This helps create a professional, personalized look for your client communications and reinforces your business identity.

Steps to set up your branding

1. Upload your company logo

  1. Click the Upload button in the Company Logo section.

  2. In the upload box that appears, either drag and drop your logo file or click inside the box to browse your computer.

  3. Select your logo file.

  4. Click Save to upload and apply your logo.

After saving, your logo will appear in the branding preview panel.

2. Add a custom header image

  1. In the Header Image section, click the Upload button.

  2. Drag and drop your custom banner image, or click inside the upload box to find the image file on your computer.

    • Tip: You can also choose from our pre-made header images if you do not have a custom one.

  3. After uploading, the header image will display in the preview panel.

3. Preview your invoice branding

Review the preview panel to see how your logo and header image will appear on invoices. Make any adjustments needed by re-uploading images.

4. Finalize or skip

  • Click Continue to save and apply your branding.

  • If you are not ready to complete this step, click Skip to return later and finish setting up your branding.
