Let's get your first client added to the platform

Start organizing your client relationships by adding your first client to the platform. This allows you to begin tracking projects, billing, and communications all in one place—building a solid foundation for client success.

Steps to add your first client

1. Enter the client company name

  1. In the Client Company Name field, enter the full name of the client company.

2. Add a primary contact

  1. In the Primary Contact section, enter the contact's First Name and Last Name.

  2. Add their Email Address and Phone Number.

    • Note: We will use this information to contact your clients.

3. Upload a client logo (optional but helpful)

  1. Click the Upload button in the Client Logo section.

  2. Drag and drop the client logo file or click inside the box to select it from your computer.

  3. The uploaded logo will display next to the client's name, making it easy to visually identify clients at a glance.

4. Finalize or skip

  • Click Continue to save the client details.

  • If you are not ready to add a client, click Skip to return to this step later.
