Client notes help you store important information about your clients such as billing preferences, communication styles, or special requirements. Keeping notes organized in the client profile ensures quick access for you and your team.

Adding notes to client profiles improves service quality, preserves historical context, and supports consistent communication across your team.
How to add a new client note
1. Open the Client Profile
Navigate to the Clients tab.
Click on the client name or select View Profile from the three-dot menu on the right.
2. Access the Notes section
You have two options:
Use the Notes section on the main client profile to quickly add a new note
Click the Notes tab in the Client Profile navigation bar to view and manage all notes
3. Add a new note
Click Add Note to open the Notes sidebar
Enter a Title for the note (e.g., “Billing Preferences” or “Q2 Feedback”)
Add your note text with relevant client information
4. Save the note
Click Add Note at the bottom of the sidebar. The note will be saved to the client’s profile and visible in the Notes section.
