Mistakes or adjustments to time entries are easy to correct using the Time Tracking tab. This helps ensure your billing is accurate and reflects the true time spent on client work.

Why it matters
Editing time entries allows you to:
Fix tracking errors
Adjust durations before invoicing
Keep accurate records for reporting and audit purposes
How to edit a time entry
Navigate to the Time Tracking tab.
Locate the time entry you want to update in the list.
Click the three dots next to the entry to open the time entry menu.
Select Edit.
This opens the Time Entry sidebar.
Make changes in the sidebar
At the top, adjust the amount of time tracked.
Use the format: 00:00
Example: 00:30 for one hour and thirty minutes
You can also review or update associated task details, if needed.
Once finished, click Save Entry to update the record.
Tip: You can also use the Start Timer option in the time entry menu to resume tracking time for the same entry if more work is needed. For a better look at how you're managing time, we recommend creating a new time entry for each day where work is completed on a specific task.
