Easily connect your calendars to Shrlock's Scheduling feature to see all your events in one place and streamline your client management. This helps you avoid double bookings, stay organized, and save time switching between tools.
Steps to connecting your calendar
1. Go to the Scheduling page
From the main navigation menu, click Scheduling.
You will see your scheduling dashboard where you can view and manage upcoming events.
2. Click Connect Calendar
If you haven't already connected a client calendar, you will see a Connect Calendar button on the Scheduling dashboard. Press this button to continue with connecting a calendar.
If you have already connected a client calendar and are looking to connect additional calendars, navigate to the Settings tab within the Scheduling feature to get started.
A modal window will open prompting you to select the type of calendar you want to connect.
3. Choose your calendar provider
Select one of the following supported calendar types:
Google Calendar
Microsoft Outlook
Office 365
iCloud Calendar
Exchange
4. Confirm your selection
After choosing your calendar, click Confirm.
You will be redirected to an authentication process powered by Cronofy.
5. Authenticate your calendar with Cronofy
Follow the on-screen prompts from Cronofy to grant access to your calendar.
This secure process allows Shrlock to sync your events for scheduling.
6. Return to Shrlock
After successful authentication, you will automatically return to Shrlock.
A confirmation pop-up will appear confirming your calendar has been connected.
Manage connected calendars and settings
Click the Settings tab within the Scheduling feature.
From here, you can:
View and manage your connected calendars
Connect additional calendars
Configure calendar preferences
Set up conferencing integrations if needed
Tip: You can connect multiple calendars to get a complete view of all your appointments.
By connecting your calendar to Shrlock, you centralize your scheduling, reduce manual effort, and ensure your availability is always up to date.
